Ken Jung Gee Keong, founder of Quality Power Management Pte Ltd (QPM) and Jung Power Management Pte Ltd (JPM), graduated from the University of Toronto with Bachelor of Applied Science (BA Sc) in Electrical Engineering. Ken is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of the Province of Ontario, Canada (APEO), Singapore Professional Engineers Board and Chartered Engineers of the United Kingdom. He is also an authorised High Voltage Switching Engineer (AHVSE) with Energy Market Authority of Singapore (EMA).

Ken specialises in the licensing of electrical installation, servicing of high tension and low tension electrical switchgears. He also performs power quality measurements and analysis for electrical installations. Ken, a Canadian, has been a practising Electrical Professional Engineer for more than 25 years in Brunei, Canada, China and Singapore. Besides sharing his knowledge and experiences at the Property Maintenance and Facilities Management Course at the Singapore Polytechnic, Ken had published and presented technical papers on Power Quality and Energy Management at Power Conferences. 

 With a united work force comprising locals as well as nationalities from Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan and the Philippines, Ken leads Quality Power Management in delivering quality service to its customers.  The company regularly sends staff for professional development courses to upgrade their skills and to keep abreast of technological trends
